EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out! That's why we have a 10 day exchange policy (exchange for new item or store credit) on Full Priced Items that are unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must be in original packaging (not worn, washed or tags removed, and smoke/pet odor free).

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, please contact Customer Support at twistedlarch.com@gmail.com within three business days of the package’s original delivery. Please note that we don’t provide return labels and original shipping is non refundable. If the defective or damaged item is no longer in stock, we will offer store credit.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged.

  • Any sale item discounted more than 25% is non-refundable. Including the clearance section, or anything that has Final Sale written in the description or code.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is exchanged and postmarked more than 10 days after purchase.

Return/Exchange Process
:

Before returning items, please ensure your item is within the policy period and meets ALL requirements. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on its condition.

All returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt to ensure proper credit.

Submit an Online Return Request by emailing twistedlarch.com@gmail.com and an email will be sent with instructions on how to package and the return the item(s) to us.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their return, as we do not provide return labels. Expect the return process to take 3-5 business days after it has been delivered to our facility. We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance as well as keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed. Twisted Larch is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and the new item will be shipped out or store credit issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their return, as we do not provide return labels. We are not responsible for lost, held, misdelivered or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier to follow up on options available to track a package not received by Twisted Larch.

Discount codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.

Sale prices cannot be adjusted to a previous order.
