When do items typically ship?

We usually ship within 1-2 business days (business days are Monday through Friday and do not include national holidays), unless otherwise noted on product description. We will notify you if we have to make an exception. We try to ship as economically as possible with the US Postal Service. If you prefer another carrier please email us for rates.

At this time we don't ship internationally.

Do you have a size chart?

We carry a variety of brands. Because sizing varies by brand, measurements can vary slightly. Measurements are available under each product description. Feel free to email us with more specific questions.

 What if something that I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock in a particular style/ size we would be happy to see if the item is still available. Just email us and we will look into it. 

What's exactly is a pre-sale?

We often list items for pre-sale in our shop. This gives customers the opportunity to purchase newly-released items that are not yet available to ship. Expected ship dates will be included in the product listing.
